By purchasing a voucher through our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

  • Voucher – A unique code or certificate that can be redeemed for specified training or services offered by Training Heights or its partners.

  • Customer – Any person or entity purchasing a voucher through the platform.

3. Voucher Purchase Process

  1. All voucher purchases are made through Paystack, our secure payment gateway.

  2. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation.

  3. The voucher will be sent to the email address provided during purchase within 3 to 7 business days.

  4. During the delivery period, our Business Development Department may contact you to confirm details or provide updates.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full before a voucher is issued.

  • We do not store your complete card details; payments are securely processed through Paystack.

5. Delivery of Vouchers

  • Vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and that you can receive emails from us.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All voucher purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law.

  • We do not allow cancellations once the order has been processed.

  • Each voucher is valid until the expiry date stated in the email or on the voucher.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other services unless stated.
